Flexographic Label Printing

Weber has over 40 flexo label presses including high-speed 10-color presses that can get your large label run done quickly and economically. Our Mark-Andy presses use advanced plate-making technology that allows a higher screen resolution for better print quality.

If you need more than 10,000 labels or your design requires a special inline process like variable data printing, hot-stamp, rotary screen or booklet making, flexo printing is the best solution. Our presses ensure precise registration and vivid tones with superb printing tolerances.

Our Quality Assurance team will carefully examine the manufacture of your labels. Working under ISO 9001 guidelines, Weber QA technicians will inspect all raw materials, work in process, and finished products. They concentrate on facestock and adhesive values, color matching, print quality, overall appearance, and more. By using our PrintVision video inspection systems to inspect all printed materials, Weber guarantees quality labels that meet your specifications.
